Ready to Transform Your Home?

I Live in a Fire-Prone Area. Does Metal Siding Protect My House?

Yes, metal siding is an excellent choice for homes in fire-prone areas. It is non-combustible and provides a Class A fire rating, the highest level of fire resistance available. Unlike wood or vinyl siding, metal does not ignite or contribute to the spread of flames, offering an added layer of protection for your home. Combined with proper roof and landscaping materials, metal siding can significantly reduce the risk of fire damage.

Does Metal Siding Add Value to My Home?

Definitely, metal siding is a premium material that enhances your home’s curb appeal and overall value. Its durability, energy efficiency, and modern aesthetic make it an attractive feature for potential buyers. Additionally, its resistance to fire, pests, and weather damage provides peace of mind and reduces future repair costs.

How Much Does Metal Siding Cost?

The cost of metal siding varies depending on factors like the type of panels, the size of your home, and the complexity of the installation. While it may have a higher upfront cost compared to vinyl or wood, its durability, low maintenance, and energy efficiency make it a cost-effective choice in the long run. For a detailed estimate, contact our team to assess your specific project needs.

How Does Metal Siding Hold Up in Hailstorms?

Metal siding is extremely resistant to hail damage. It is often rated for Class 4 impact resistance , meaning it can withstand hailstones up to 2 inches in diameter without denting or cracking. This makes it an ideal choice for regions like Calgary, where severe hailstorms are common.
