How It Works
From first measurement to final cleanup — here’s what you can expect when working with us.
1. Old Roofing Removal
This allows us to inspect and repair any damaged sheathing before installing the new roof.
2. Underlayment & Accessories
Underlayment always include high temperature ice & water shield, and double lumber strapping for airflow. After we install starting roofing accessories.
3. Roofing Panels Installation
Unlike snap-lock systems, our panels are placed and temporarily secured with cleats. Then, using a hand seamer or power seamer, adjacent panels are mechanically locked together, creating a permanent, watertight seal.
4. Ridge & Hip Cap Installation
Custom-cut ridge caps are installed over peak seams, sealed with high-quality butyl tape or silicone, and often mechanically locked for maximum durability.
5. Inspect and Clean Up
At the end we walk around the house and check for any loose panels, misaligned seams, or gaps. Remove any debris, tools, and excess materials from the work area.
Comprehensive Warranty Coverage
All our metal roofing systems come with up to 50 years of manufacturer’s warranty against fading, corrosion, and structural defects — plus a 10-year workmanship warranty on installation.
Official Installation Certificate
After your project is complete, you’ll receive a signed certificate of installation, confirming that your roof was installed by certified professionals using approved materials and techniques.
