Metal siding
Diamond scale, vertical seam and flat panels in steel, zinc and copper. Metal looks its best next to wood, stone and glass, so we plan every panel around them and the whole wall reads as one piece.
Three ways to put metal on a wall
The choice changes how tall or long a building looks.

Vertical seam
The roof system run down the wall. Strong vertical lines from top to bottom.
Diamond scale and flat-lock
Small interlocking pieces. Works on curved and faceted walls.
Profiled panels
Deeper folds for larger walls and outbuildings.
What goes on the wall
How we build a metal wall that stays dry.
Painted steel, natural zinc and copper.
Hail the size of a pigeon egg leaves no mark on 24 gauge steel. Hail the size of a chicken egg can dent it, but it will not break through, and the roof will not leak.
Metal does not burn the way vinyl or wood can.
Panels go over a drained, ventilated gap, not flat against the wall. That gap keeps the wall dry.
Corners, window surrounds and caps are made to the building.

Good to know

Can we clad only part of the house?
Yes. Metal on the gables, on one part of the house or on the entrance side, with stone or stucco elsewhere, is common. The joint between materials is drawn before anything is ordered.
Does it dent in hail?
Hail the size of a pigeon egg leaves no mark on 24 gauge steel. Hail the size of a chicken egg can dent it, but it will not break through, and the roof will not leak. A dent shows most on wide smooth panels.
Do you install vinyl or fibre cement?
No, we work in metal only.

What will it cost?
Every roof is priced by the same formula: material, area, pitch and shape. Try it on yours.
